T. A. Gambarotto is a digital programmer and artist from Toronto, Canada.
His Kardionic (2010-13), a hybrid media work exploring various scientific and cultural expressions of the human heart, has been performed at Arraymusic Studio, Interaccess Gallery, NXNE, Toronto Image Works Gallery and Pentimento Gallery (all Toronto) and at the inaugural Understanding Visual Music Conference at Concordia University (Montreal).
His Operations (2011-13), a hybrid media work in which dynamic drum machine patterns are visualized in 3D space, has been performed at NXNE, Pentimento Gallery and Toronto Image Works Gallery (all Toronto).
In 2013 two solo exhibition of his digital art were mounted, at Pentimento Gallery in February and at Toronto Image Works Gallery in July. These consisted of high-resolution prints derived from his audiovisual performance works. Both exhibitions were featured in Now Magazine’s roster of Must-See Shows.
